The process of changing the backglass is as simple as it sounds, remove the old back-glass and replace with a new one. Unfortunately, the process usually takes around 3-4 hours because it is not as easy as it sounds.

    First, our technician will heat the back area with a machine that beams laser light on the back side. Next, the back-glass can be removed slowly until everything peels off but it requires extra diligence. As easy as peeling the back-glass can be, we need to be extra careful around the wireless charging area. Lastly, a new back-glass can be placed on and will be left to dry off.
