Huawei P9 Battery Issue
Our customer called us before and told us that he was having an issue with the battery of Huawei P9 as the battery started to drained really fast. Firstly,We told him that the battery was out of stock and we had to ordered the Battery from our supplier that took minimum of 1 to 4 working days. Therefore, he agreed with it and decided to make a deposit for us to ordered the battery.
Next, the day after he placed the order, the battery finally arrived to our shop and we immediately called him to came to our shop for us to replaced the battery. Above all, he arrived to our shop and we immediately replaced the battery. The process took around 30 – 45 minutes including testing. The phone came back to normal after the battery replacement.In conclusion, we gave the phone back to him and he thanked us for fixing the problem.
