Our customer came to our shop needing our assistant to replace the cracked screen of the iPad Air 1. He described to us that he accidentally dropped the iPad Air onto the ground. For your information, iPad Air 1 comes with two parts for the screen which is Touch Panel and LCD Display. Touch Panel responsibles for giving the functionality of produce signal from the user’s touch. as for the LCD Display, the purpose is to projects image onto the screen. For this issue, we only had to replace the Touch Panel as the Touch Panel was already cracked. Our technician carefully replaced the Touch Panel by giving some heat on the edge of the screen so that it can be removed. After that, our technician replaced the new screen and then tested the new screen to ensured everything works fine. Once everything working exactly as expected, our technician glued the Touch Panel on the iPad and then let it dry for 30 minutes. We gave the iPad back to the customer and he was happy because the iPad was already fixed.
