    Our customer came to our shop needing our assistant to replace the cracked screen of the iPad 2. He described to us that he accidentally dropped the iPad Air onto the ground. For your information, iPad screen comes with two parts for the screen which is Touch Panel and LCD Display. Touch Panel responsibles for giving the functionality of produce signal from the user’s touch. as for the LCD Display, the purpose is to display image onto the screen. For this issue, we only had to replace the Touch Panel as the Touch Panel was already cracked. Our technician carefully replaced the Touch Panel by giving some heat on the edge of the screen so that it can be removed. After that, our technician replaced the new screen and then tested the new screen to ensured everything works fine. We gave the iPad back to the customer and he was happy because the iPad was already fixed.

    A customer came to our shop with her iPad Mini 3 that has a cracked screen. We informed her that we did not have ready stock for iPad Mini 3 Touch Panel and made an order for the touch panel. After 2 days we contacted her regarding her touch panel that has arrived and she came to our shop shortly after we informed her. The touch panel replacement was completed in jiffy and she was really glad to see her iPad Mini 3 screen back to it’s original state. She also thanked us for a quick replacement service and she was glad that there was no other problem with her iPad.
