We told him that he just needed to replace the touch panel instead of replacing the whole screen. The cost also will be much cheaper and he was glad to hear about it. We agreed on a date and time that he can come to the shop. He came to our shop as per scheduled. Our technician inspected his iPad first before replacing his iPad’s touch panel. It is our SOP to inspect any device before conducting any parts replacement. We completed his touch panel replacement within 30 minutes and everything went smoothly. He was glad to see his iPad’s screen back to normal. We are thankful that a lot of people are putting their trust to us for repairing their smart device.
