    A customer came to our shop with his iPad Pro that has a cracked screen. His iPad screen size was 9.7 inches and it was an 2016 model. iPad’s screen usually comes in two parts, which is a touch panel and digitizer. iPad Pro screens is different from it’s predecessor. The screen does not have a separate touch panel and digitizer anymore, it is a single unit. Therefore, any problems with the screen can only be fixed by replacing the screen. We explained to him regarding the iPad Pro screen and he agreed to replace his screen either way. We completed his screen replacement within 30 minutes. He was really glad to see his iPad’s screen fixed in a jiffy. He also told us that he was worried that the crack might lead to any damages to the iPad’s internal part. We were also happy to see a satisfied customer. We hope we can continue to serve other people in future.

    Have you been through the scenario where the LCD is shaking ? It is normal scenario for a lot of iPad users. This is caused by a faulty display panel in the screen. iPad comes in two parts for the screen which is a touch panel and display panel. If the screen is cracked, the touch panel need to be changed and vice versa.

    Mr Su Kong came to our shop with his iPad showing a shaky display. Our technician inspected the iPad and found out that the display panel has problems. We suggested to him to change the display panel. He was happy with his new display panel and we gave him a 1 month warranty.

    Mr Su Kong also joined our annual lucky draw contest. We are giving out Apple Watch Series 2 as the main prize and other prizes up to RM 500.
