How to clean your charging port ?

If you’re using cotton, place a toothpick on the cotton and twist until it catches and starts to wrap around the toothpick (Only use a small amount). Holding your iPhone so the backside is facing up, place the toothpick inside the charging port. Scrape against the back wall of the port.

Mr Faris came to our shop with his iPhone 7 that cannot be charged. He said this problem started to occur from few days ago. He also added that he didn’t know why the charging port started having problems. Our technician inspected his iPhone and tried to clean his chargin port. Even after cleaning the charging port, the problem still persist. We found out that the charging port plugin was malfunctioning. We suggested to him to replace the charging port. He agreed to it because there is no other way to fix this problem besides changing the charging port. We completed his charging port replacement within 15 minutes. The phone is able to charge again and everything was fine. He was so glad to see his iPhone is able to be charged again.
