iPhone 6s Fingerprint Sensor Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer contacted us through whatsapp regarding his problem with his iPhone 6s . He said that he has been having problems with his fingerprint sensor and would like to replace the home button. We explained to him that the fingerprint sensor cannot be repaired unless it is still under Apple warranty. The chip set of the fingerprint sensor cannot be replaced by a new one except by replacing the whole iPhone. He was shocked with our explanation but he still needed his home button to be functional. We cannot repair his fingerprint sensor but the home button will work just fine after replacement. He made an appointment with our technician and he came to our shop as per scheduled. We completed his home button replacement within 20 minutes and he asked our technician to replace his screen too. We completed his home button and screen replacement within 50 minutes. He was really happy with our quick service.
