A customer came to our shop with his iPhone 6s that has a blank screen. The customer told us that the problem started after he woke up for no reason. This problem usually caused by the battery and we tried replacing the battery but the problem was not solved. Next, we tried to replace the screen and the problem was solved. We tested everything was okay after replacing the screen, and we informed him regarding his screen problem. We gave him two options which is an original screen and OEM screen. He opted for the OEM screen because it is much cheaper and the display does not have much difference. The screen replacement took our technician around 20 minutes and everything was working perfectly fine. The screen replacement requires for the home button, front camera ribbon and three metal plates to be moved. He was glad to see his iPhone is turned on again normally. He thanked our technician and he left our shop happily.

Screen are responsible to detect the input/touch from the user and initiate the function it is supposed to. Sometimes the screen might be able to light up like usual but have problem detecting input/touch from user. This may be caused by various reason and it requires a technician to inspect the problem first.
A customer comes to our shop with her iPhone 5s that has issues with it’s screen. Her iPhone screen was unable to detect any touch/input. Our technician inspected her iPhone and checked whether the touch connector was connected or not. Unfortunately it was and the problem is caused by the screen. Next, we consulted with her with the cause of the problem and suggested to replace the screen. She agreed to our suggestion and we completed the screen replacement within 20 minutes. Lastly, she was glad that she came to our shop because we provide a quick repairing service for her iPhone.

A customer came to our shop with her iPhone 8 Plus that has a problem with the screen. She said that the screen went blank all of sudden and she did not have any clue of what may have caused it. Our technician inspected her iPhone and found out that the reading for current input was normal. The screen physical was perfectly fine and we were worried that it was not the screen problem. Our technician inspected the screen again and found out that the screen was able to produce some light even though it was not brightness. This problem is normally caused by the back light. Our technician checked the back light and it was indeed faulty. We suggested her to replace the back light instead of replacing the whole screen. Replacing the back light will maintain the originality of the screen and much cheaper. She agreed to it and our technician replaced the back light within 30 minutes. The replacement process went smoothly and everything was working perfectly. She thanked us for explaining the problem thoroughly to her and for the quick back light replacement.
