Apple started to use OLED screens in the iPhone production starting with iPhone X. iPhone X was the first iPhone to not use LCD screen. It’s been years that Apple uses LCD screen in the iPhone production line. OLED screen allows user to see color more vibrantly and brighter. On the other hand, OLED screen is a bit expensive compared to LCD screen.
A customer came to our shop with his iPhone X that has severe damage to it’s screen. He managed to book a appointment slot with us and he came as per scheduled. Our technician inspected his iPhone and found out that the screen has some damages and need to be replaced. We suggested him to replace the screen and he agreed to it. He just cannot look at the screen anymore and wants nothing more than to replace the screen. Our technician completed the screen replacement within 30 minutes. He opted for the high grade OLED screen and it saves him some money. We can see that he was really glad to replace the screen. We also would like to express our gratitude to all of our customers.

Screen are responsible to detect the input/touch from the user and initiate the function it is supposed to. Sometimes the screen might be able to light up like usual but have problem detecting input/touch from user. This may be caused by various reason and it requires a technician to inspect the problem first.
A customer comes to our shop with her iPhone 5s that has issues with it’s screen. Her iPhone screen was unable to detect any touch/input. Our technician inspected her iPhone and checked whether the touch connector was connected or not. Unfortunately it was and the problem is caused by the screen. Next, we consulted with her with the cause of the problem and suggested to replace the screen. She agreed to our suggestion and we completed the screen replacement within 20 minutes. Lastly, she was glad that she came to our shop because we provide a quick repairing service for her iPhone.

iPhone Xs uses Super Retina OLED technology which allows user to see colour more vivid and vibrantly. Although the screen is protected by oleophobic coating, but the screen is still vulnerable to drops and cracks. There are 2 ways to repair a broken screen, change the upper glass or replace the whole screen.
A customer made a appoinment with us regarding his broken screen. He contacted us through Whatsapp and inquired in detail regarding replacing his iPhone screen. His iPhone Xs was broken because he dropped it to the floor. He wanted to replace his screen as soon as possible because he uses his iPhone all the time. We made a appointment for him and he came as per scheduled. We completed his iPhone screen replacement within 20 minutes. A customer came to our shop with her iPhone 8 Plus that has a problem with the screen. She said that the screen went blank all of sudden and she did not have any clue of what may have caused it. Our technician inspected her iPhone and found out that the reading for current input was normal. The screen physical was perfectly fine and we were worried that it was not the screen problem. Our technician inspected the screen again and found out that the screen was able to produce some light even though it was not brightness. This problem is normally caused by the back light. Our technician checked the back light and it was indeed faulty. We suggested her to replace the back light instead of replacing the whole screen. Replacing the back light will maintain the originality of the screen and much cheaper. She agreed to it and our technician replaced the back light within 30 minutes. The replacement process went smoothly and everything was working perfectly. She thanked us for explaining the problem thoroughly to her and for the quick back light replacement.
