    A customer came to our shop with his iPhone X that has a battery that needs to be serviced. The battery was not performing well and he just could not take it anymore. Furthermore, he needed to recharge his iPhone twice a day on a normally daily usage. He found our shop through google and came straight to us. Although he did not book any appointment with us beforehand but customers can come directly to our shop to inspect their smartphones. Our technician inspected his iPhone before replacing the battery and everything was just fine except for the battery. It took 20 minutes for our technician to replace the battery and we had a good talk with him. He urgently needs to replace because he travels a lot but he does not like to carry a power bank. We would like to thank our customer for trusting us endlessly and we will put forth our best effort to repair your smartphones.

    Miss Tijqni Khalida came to us with her phone that has been damaged with water. Our technician checked the phone’s motherboard and it was okay. We proceeded the checking with the phone’s part. The battery was shorting a bit as it cannot be detected by the phone sometimes. So she decided to change the battery with a warranty of 1 year.

    Later on she joined our annual lucky draw contest with a grand prize of Apple Watch Series 2 and other prizes worth up to RM 500.
