Mr. Badrul came to our shop with his iPhone 11 Pro Max that has a battery problem. As he stated to us, the device battery was draining tremendously and it was bloated. Bloated battery have high chances to damage the screen because it pushes the screen outwards. He decided to replace because he was concerned regarding the battery bloating. Firstly, we started with diagnosing the device and did not found any problem. Next, we proceeded to replace the battery with an original battery. Original battery comes with and 12 month in-house warranty. Then, the battery were replaced within 30 minutes and everything went smoothly. Finally, we finalized our testing to make sure there was no problem with the device before handing it back to him. Last but not least, we would like to thank all of our customers for trusting us.
