Miss Emyliana came to our shop with her iPhone 7. She stated the problem to the technician that the screen got cracked and needed a new replacement. Screen comes in two parts which are Touch Panel and LCD. Touch Panel responsibles for the signal of the touch given by the user. As for LCD, it is to display images to the screen. Our technician inspected her phone and told her that it will take 15 to 30 minutes of process changing the LCD. She agreed to it and after the process is done, we make sure everything works fine and no damage that would occurred in the future, Miss Emyliana glad that she can use her iPhone 7 back to normal and thanked us for the service and expertise we provided for her.
