Mr Dhivesh came into our shop having problem with his iPhone X. His iPhone X backglass was cracked and needed help replacing it with the new one. For the reader’s information, the main reason for iPhone X to have a back glass is because to support wireless charging capabilities. Our technician inspected his iPhone to see other damage that would occur due to the cracked back glass. Our technician told him that it would take 3 to 4 hours of replacement and Mr Dhivesh agreed with it. Our technician replaced the backglass and everything went well. After it was done,we called Mr Dhivesh to informed him that his iPhone X back glass are already repaired. Mr Dhivesh glad and gave a humble gratitude to our technician with their expertise and services provided.
