Mr. Firdaus came into our shop and told our technician that the battery became bloated for his Asus Zenfone 3 Max. Mr. Firdaus then showed our technician that the back of the phone got opened due to battery bloated. Our technician inspected his phone and confirmed that the battery was already bloated.
Our technician told him that it will take 15 – 30 minutes of battery replacement. After changing the battery, our technician gave the Asus Zenfon 3 Max back to Mr. Firdaus and Mr Firdaus was glad that we gave him great service and expertise.
