Asus Zenfone Crack Screen Replacement At iPro Ampang

A customer came to our shop with his Asus Zenfone 3 that has a cracked screen. The customer’s Asus Zenfone 3 was cracked slightly on the bottom part. The phone has a 5.5 inch super IPS+ capacitive touchscreen. Even though the screen is protected with a corning gorilla glass 3, the screen has somehow cracked a bit. The customer asks us to replace the screen, and we did as per his request. Our technician has a small talk with the customer and he told us a bit about his phone. He has dropped his several times and most of the times the phone made it out with no problem. His son dropped his phone hard a few weeks ago and the screen was cracked. He wasn’t mad at his son but he found out that every screen has a chance to be broken. Although the screen is certified with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the screen is still broken at the end.
