Our customer came to our shop along with the Huawei Nova 2i. He claimed that he was having a problem with the battery of the phone. Our technician took an inspection towards the phone and managed to found that the battery was already bloated. To replace the battery of the phone it will take 2 – 3 hours as the phone is glued together and needs to be opened in proper care. After the battery replacement, our technician checked the phone to ensure the battery is in good condition before give it back to the customer. Our customer said thank you for repairing the phone. He was glad to have his phone back to normal.
