iPad 4 Screen Crack Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer came to our shop with his iPad 4 that has a cracked screen. Prior coming to our shop, she booked an appointment with our technician through Whatsapp application. She requested us to replace her screen because she is worried that the broken glass from the screen might injure her fingers. We told her that in this kind of cases, we just need to replace the touch panel instead of the whole screen. She was glad to know that because it is going to save her some money. We proceeded with replacing the iPad’s touch panel and it was completed within 40 minutes. She was really glad to see her iPad back to normal and thanked us for our quick service.
