Mr John Gough came into our shop bringing his iPad 5 that has a cracked screen. He told us the cracked screen happened due to accidentally putting something heavy on the top of his iPad and caused it to cracked. Lucky for him, as we also can repair this such device for him.We told him that it will take 3 to 4 hours of touch panel cracked replacement. He told us that he will go for a lunch with his family and come back around evening. Our technician took the device and replace the cracked touch panel with a new one. The process went good and as we called him regarding his iPad, he said we did it very fast. He came back into our shop and glad to see his iPad 5 working perfectly with the new touch panel. He said thank you to us for giving a great and fast service. We would like to thank for our customer and appreciate our customer’s trust giving on us.
