Mr. Amir was having a problem to charge his iPhone 5. He came into our shop and told us that he was unable to charge his phone. Our technician inspected the iPhone 5 charging port and cleaned the charging port to got rid of the dust inside. However, the problem was still occurred and our technician took a light diagnostic of the phone and told Mr. Amir that the charging port was already damaged.Our technician also told him that it will take 15 – 30 minutes of charging port replacement. Mr. Amir agreed with it and our technician continued to proceed. After the replacement, Mr. Amir was glad that he was able to charge his phone again when he needed to.
