Few days ago, our customer came along with his broken iPhone 5. He told us that there were a lot of work stuff inside the phone which he really wanted it to be fixed. Our technician took for an inspection of the phone and able to found the major issue that can be repaired which was broken LCD and bent housing.
After that, we told him to leave the phone with us for one day for us to replaced the housing and LCD screen. Therefore, he agreed with it and really put a trust on us to repaired it. As our technician was on progress replacing the housing of the phone, we managed to found a Power Button that was already broken and it needed to be replaced in order to used it again.
We called our customer and told the issue we encountered during the repairing progress. He agreed for us to replaced the Power Button. After it was done, we checked the phone to ensured everything can be used back again to normal and there were no other issues. The phone seemed to work really great.
In conclusion, we called him to collect the phone in our shop. As he arrived to our shop, we gave the phone back to him and he was glad to had the phone to be repaired. He was really satisfied with the repair and thanked us for that.
