Mr Nukman came into our shop and claimed to us that he was having a problem with the battery of his iPhone 6. He claimed that whenever he used his phone, the battery percentage will dropped a lot and it makes him irritated to use his phone with this condition. Our technician took an inspection toward his phone and told him that it will take 15 to 30 minutes of battery replacement. Mr Nukman chose to used Original Battery for his iPhone 6 that costs RM130 with a warranty of 12 months. Our technician replaced the battery and everything went well. Mr Nukman glad that he is able to use his iPhone 6 back to normal. He also thanked us for the service we provide for him.
