iPhone 6 Touch Problem Repair At iPro Ampang

Ms Siraj Ali came to our shop with her iPhone 6 that has a problem with it’s screen. The problem was the screen is unable to detect any input from user sometimes and the screen goes haywire sometimes. As time passes by, the screen is just getting worse. This problem sometimes doesn’t allow her to pick a call and sometimes call a random person. She decided to replace the screen with a new screen at our shop because she just cannot stand it anymore. Our technician inspected her iPhone and found out that it was not the screen problem. The problem was related with her iPhone’s motherboard. The touch IC was malfunctioning hence giving her the problems that she always have. We told her that any repairs regarding motherboard needs 1-3 days to be completed. She agreed to it. We called her the next day to come and pick up her iPhone. She was really glad to use her iPhone back normally. Luckily the problem was only related to the motherboard, so she did not have to replace her screen.
