iPhone 6s Plus Microphone Problem Repair At iPro Ampang

Mr Ikmal came to our shop with his iPhone 6s Plus that has a problem. The problem occurs when he is on the phone. The other person cannot hear anything he is saying. This problem maybe caused by a loose connector, so our technician decided to replug the connector. Unfrtunately, the problem was not caused by a loose connector. Our technician inspected his iPhone and found out that his microphone plugin was not functioning. We suggested to him to replace the microphone plugin, and he agreed to it. We replaced his microphone plugin within 15 minutes. He was really glad to know that he can make phone calls back normally.
