Our customer was having an issue with the camera of iPhone 6S Plus. She came to our shop and claimed that she accidentally dropped the phone before. For your information, the camera vibrates due to the purple lens inside the camera broken. Due to this issue, the camera will not be able to focus on the image and thus vibrates. As our technician checked the camera on Photo Mode it seemed that the issue did not appeared. After switching to Video Mode, it suddenly vibrates and makes the image to become more shaky. This can be confirmed that the rear camera needed to be replaced. Our technician then proceed to replaced the rear camera and told her that the process will took 30 – 45 minutes. She agreed with it, our technician replaced the rear camera less than 30 minutes. After did some tests with the camera, we gave the phone back to her. She was glad and happy that the camera can be used again and the replacement process was quite fast. We would like to say thank you to our customers for choosing us for the repairing service.
