iPhone 7 Audio Problem Motherboard Repair At iPro Ampang

A customer came to our shop with his iPhone 7 that has a problem with the audio. The customer told us that the problem was that he is unable to hear another person talking when on call. We suspected this might be a motherbord issue. Our technician diagnosed his iPhone and checked whether the voice memos can be used or not. We found out that is is unable to be used, and we confirmed that it is a motherbord issue. It is very common for iPhone 7 to have this problem, it is not caused by a faulty speaker but the problem is related to motherboard. All motherboard related problem can be fixed within 1-4 working days. He agreed to it and our technician was able to repair his iPhone within the same day.
