iPhone 7 Plus Audio Problem Motherboard Repair In Kuala Lumpur

Mr. John came to our shop with his iPhone 7 plus that has problem with the audio. He was unable to unable to turn on loudspeaker during call and record voice audio. Firstly, we inspected the device components and everything was performing normally. Second, we inspected the audio IC on the motherboard as we suspected. We found out that the audio IC was malfunctioning and we informed him regarding the problem. We also informed him the duration of repairing will require at least 2 days. He agreed to our terms and left his device in our shop. Next, we heated the area around audio IC and removed the IC successfully. Then, we replaced the audio IC and reassemble the device. Furthermore, we ran few tests to make sure the device is performing normally. Lastly we contacted him to come and collect the device at our shop.
