Our customer called us before and told us that his back glass of his iPhone 8 Plus got cracked. He came to our shop and we told him the process of replacement took 3 – 4 hours as to removed the back glass it required excessive amount of heat. One of the most common ways to remove the glass is through a machine that has a laser or use any form of heat from the blower or lab equipment. Our technician began the process of remove the glass with proper care and patience as the glass can be dangerous. The equipment we used heated up the frame of the phone which then slowly melted the glass.
Our technician removed the glass pieces by pieces that shredded. We make sure the frame of the phone was really cleaned from any tiny pieces of the glass. After that, our technician continued by mounted the glass onto the frame and wait for several hours for the glue to dried out. Once the glue was dried our technician took for inspection before we proceed to called the customer to collect his iPhone. As our customer arrived, he checked everything and was very impressed with the quality of our technician’s work. He was happy and thanked our technician for giving the best service of his iPhone 8.
