Mr Syahrin came into our shop with his iPhone SE screen breaks open due to it’s bloated battery. The common cause for this to happen is due to its overcharging. When the battery is overcharging, it will cause a chemical reaction inside the battery that can produce heat and gas that cause for it to be swollen. If the battery is not being treated early, it can cause the motherboard to bent and also could damage the rear camera. Our technician inspected the parts inside the iPhone SE to make sure that there is no other damage and quickly change the swollen battery with the new and original battery with a warranty of 12 months. Mr Syahrin was glad that he can finally use his iPhone SE and give a humble gratitude to our technician with the service provided.
