Mr. Ikqmar came into our shop needing assist with the volume button of his iPhone X. He stated that he had a difficulty of using the volume button. Our technician took an inspection for his iPhone X and found that the ribbon cable of his iPhone X were broken apart.Our technician told Mr.Ikqmar of this matter and needed a new replacement in order for him to be able to use it again. Mr.Ikqmar agreed to change the volume button ribbon cable with the new one. Our technician only took 30 – 45 minutes of replacement. After the replacement, our technician tested the part and everything works fine. Mr. Ikqmar were very satisified to be able use his iPhone X again.
