iPhone X Water Damage Repair At iPro Ampang

Mr Wong came to our shop with his iPhone X that has recently dropped into water. Since dropping his iPhone into water, he hasn’t able to turn on his iPhone again. Water damage can lead to motherboard issues or parts damaged. iPhone internal can be replaced in short amount of time and cheap. But if it is a motherboard issue, then it will take some time and be more expensive. As per our standard operating procedure, all water damaged device will cleaned with chemical substance. This chemical substance will eliminate any presence of water hence making our inspection even more accurate. Lucky for him, his iPhone was able to be turn on after the chemical wash. Unfortunately he has some internal damages cause by water. His screen was totally unresponsive and his cellular antenna was not working correctly. We advised him to replace his screen and cellular antenna. He agreed to it and we completed the replacement in 25 minutes.
