Miss Izzati came into our shop in hoping that we could repair her iPhone XR. Her iPhone XR got into the water and she cannot use her iPhone XR properly. Our technician told her that for water damage, we need to do chemical wash where it is a process of cleaning the motherboard and diagnose the problem that occurs. Motherboard can be clean but however there are certain functions that cannot be use such as motherboard become shorting, charging IC burned out and many more regarding motherboard. This damage must be diagnose and be repair. Our technician did a chemical wash and found out there are problems with the motherboard. We told her that it takes 2 to 3 days to fix the motherboard. She agreed with it and trust us with the service we provide. We ensure her that we would get her iPhone XR back to normal.
