iPhone Xs Motherboard Shorting And Battery Replacement At Ampang

A customer came to our shop with his iPhone Xs that cannot be turned on. Our technician inspected his iPhone briefly. We tried replacing the battery, screen and using external power source, but the iPhone was not able to be turned on. After that, our technician inspected his motherboard and found our the current reading was unstable. We told him the problem is related to motherboard and we need at least 3 days to diagnose the problem. He agreed to it and left his iPhone with us. After 2 days we contacted him and told explained to him regarding his motherboard problem. The motherboard had some shorting and the battery was not functioning properly. He proceeded with the repairs adn everything was completed within the same day. He came to collect his iPhone on the next day and expressed his gratitude while taking his iPhone back.
