Repair iPad Air 2 Battery Bloated In KL

Howdy to our beloved readers! I would like to share a story about iPad Air 2 with a bloated battery. The battery has gotten older since it was released on 2014. Our shop is located in Ampang and we have been here for more than 2 years! We provide solutions for your device problems with original and OEM replacement parts. The duration for replacing device components usually takes around 30 minutes and repairing motherboard around 1-3 days. Repairs regarding the motherboard takes longer time because the process is delicate.

Mr. Jamaluddin came to our shop with his iPad Air 2 that has problem with the battery. The battery was bloated so badly and pushed the screen upwards. Our suggestion is to always replace the bloated battery before the condition worsen. The battery is located below the screen thus the screen is pushed upwards. Firstly, we applied heat on the edge of the screen to dilute the glue under the screen. Secondly, we pry off the screen carefully to make sure the screen is not cracked during the process. Next, we removed the battery and replaced with a new original battery. After that, we reassemble the device and left the device under UV ray to dry. Then, we tested the device and made sure all the components is working fine. Lastly, we returned the device back to him and he was happy to use his device again.
