    A customer came to our shop with his iPad 4 that has a cracked screen. Prior coming to our shop, she booked an appointment with our technician through Whatsapp application. She requested us to replace her screen because she is worried that the broken glass from the screen might injure her fingers. We told her that in this kind of cases, we just need to replace the touch panel instead of the whole screen. She was glad to know that because it is going to save her some money. We proceeded with replacing the iPad’s touch panel and it was completed within 40 minutes. She was really glad to see her iPad back to normal and thanked us for our quick service.

    A customer came to our shop with his iPad Mini 1 that has a broken screen. He insisted us to replace the screen. Our technician inspected his iPad and found out that the screen is still displaying properly. Our technician summarized that there is no problem with the screen. We told him that iPads screen come in two parts which is the touch panel and display (digitizer). He only need to replace his touch panel because his digitizer was working just fine. He was glad that he could save some money because of this fact. We replaced his iPad’s touch panel in 30 minutes. He was really satisfied with our quick service.
