Mr. Faizal came to our shop with his iPhone 7 that cannot be turned on. The cause of the problem was unknown and he wanted us to inspect the device. Firstly, we inspected all the components and did not found any problem. The problem may be related to motherboard if the components are performing fine. Second, we inspected the motherboard and found out that capacitor IC was malfunctioning. Next, we heated the area around capacitor IC and removed the IC. Then, we replaced the IC and reassemble the device. We ran few tests to make sure the device is working properly. Lastly, we contacted him to come and collect his device.

A customer came to our shop with his iPhone 8 Plus that cannot be turned on. He told us that the problem happened suddenly and he was left wondering what happened to his iPhone. Our technician inspected his iPhone and troubleshoots the problem. First we tried to replace the battery and there was no display. We tried replacing the battery and screen, but there is still no display. Our technician tried to power on the iPhone with a power source instead of battery. All of our troubleshooting method results in failure, so this iPhone has a motherboards issue. We told the customer the problem is related to motherboard and we need 2-4 days to diagnose the problem. After he left his iPhone with us, our technician inspected the motherboard and found out that there is a shorting with the motherboard. After diagnosing, our technician found out there is a problem with GSMPA ic. After replacing this ic, the iPhone is able to be turned on. Our technician tested all of the functionality and everything was working fine. He came to our shop on the next day after we contacted him. He was glad to see his iPhone is able to be turned on again.

A customer came to our shop with his iPhone 7 that has a problem. The problem is that the iPhone is not able to be turned on and the charging was inconsistent. We told him that it might be a motherboard issue and we need 1-3 days diagnose. He agreed to it and left his iPhone with us to diagnose. Turns out there was a shorting with the motherboard and we were able to fix the iPhone within a day. We contacted him on the next day to come and collect his iPhone at our shop. He was glad that we were able to fix his iPhone in such short amount of time.

A customer came to our shop with his iPhone 7 Plus that has few problems. The problem was the screen was cracked, battery draining issue and problem with the audio. Our technician inspected his iPhone and found out that battery life was 73%. Next the problem was the audio that was related to the motherboard. We told him that the audio problem was not caused by a faulty or malfunctioning speaker. Motherboard repairing requires 1-3 days of repairing as it is a complicated issue. He agreed to it and we completed the motherboard repairing on the next day. He came on the next day to see his iPhone back to it normal condition with the screen replaced with an original screen. He was glad we were able to fix his iPhone in a short amount of time.

Battery draining issue is normal because the truth is the battery isn’t built to last forever. Normal battery cycle should allow a user to use it for up to 2 years for a normal user. If you’re a gamer or constantly charging your phone, the battery cycle would be much shorter. On some rare occasion, this problem might be because of motherboard. The motherboard controls everything and it controls how much power it needs to perform any task. If the problem is from motherboard, it is going to take some time and delicate care to repair it.
Mr. Rosli came to our shop with his iPhone 6s claiming that his battery was draining fast. Our technician inspected his iPhone and found out the battery life cycle wasn’t good. Our technician tried to replace the battery and inspected how the new battery hold up. After a minute of testing, the battery wasn’t showing any difference from the previous battery. Our technician inspected the motherboard and found out it had a problem. The motherboard was consuming more power than it supposed to. We need at least 2 days to complete a motherboard repairing and he agreed to it. We handed back his iPhone within 2 days and he was happy with our service. He also replaced his batery because it was in a bad condition already. After repairing at our shop, he joined our lucky draw contest and stand a chance to win a Apple Watch Series 3 and other prizes worth up to RM 2000.
