Vivo V3 Battery Drain Issue
Our customer came to our shop stated that he was having an issue with the Vivo V3 battery as the phone was already blank. Firstly, he claimed that the battery drained really fast as he was using it for his work. We told him the battery replacement process took 15 – 30 minutes. Therefore, he decided to wait at our shop during the replacement process. In addition, our technician proceed with the battery replacement by checking the charging of the phone.
To clarify, it was to make sure the charging was stable. Next, our technician slowly open the back of the phone and remove the battery. As a result, our technician replaced the battery of the phone. The battery was tested and gave it back to our customer. In conclusion, everything went perfectly according to the plan. He was glad and thanked us to had the battery replaced as he used the phone only for his daily work.
