Mr Naim came to us and needed our help to fix his Huawei Nova 3i. He informed us that he got his phone into the water and could not start the phone. Our technician performed a chemical wash on his phone’s motherboard and hoped for the best. The good news is his phone started to function but however there are no display appeared on the screen. Our technician inspected his phone and found out that the LCD screen was broken and needed a new LCD replacement. We told him to change the LCD screen and he agreed to it. Our technician took 30 minutes to change the LCD screen and everything works perfectly fine. He thanked us with the service and expertise we gave. We appreciate for the customer’s trust that put on us. We hope all of our customers continue to support us in the future.
