Our customer claimed that he accidentally dropped his phone into the water. He was worried that his phone could not be repaired so he came towards to us needing help on what to do with the phone. Our technician told him that we would do Chemical Wash which is cleaning the water effect inside the phone and it will take 4 to 5 hours of chemical wash. He agreed with it and our technician immediately dissambled all the parts of the phone did chemical wash. After chemical wash, there were no signs of damage inside the phone and the phone can be used again. Our customer took the phone and thanked us.
