Our customer came to our shop needing help from our technician to checked the Xiaomi Redmi 3X. He claimed that the back cover of the phone suddenly tear off. Our technician checked the phone and found the battery inside was actually bloated and that is why the back cover was peeled off from the frame of the phone. Our technician change the battery of the phone for 1 hour and did several tests before giving it back to the customer.
