Our customer was having a bad screen crack on his Apple Watch. He called us to ask us whether the screen can be repair or not. Our technician told him that we are able to repair Apple Watch but it will take 4 days of working. The reason for this is because the part has to be ordered first and its very high risk to repair. The Apple Watch is small and need a proper care handling it. Next, the screen is curve and it is very fragile when replacing it. As our technician received the Apple Watch, we checked the Apple Watch and make sure there is nothing problem on the inside.
This is where the process of replacement begins. The components inside are very small and our technician gave a proper care when opened it. The touch panel is glued together along with the frame. Our technician also checked the display to make sure that it is working before we replaced it with the new one.
After everything is finished, Our technician will make sure that the screen glass will stick to the frame neatly and nicely. Our technician then tested the display to ensured the screen glass can detect the signal of the touch and also will make sure everything works perfectly well. The customer then collect his Apple Watch and satisfied that he were able to use his Apple Watch again. He also applaud with an appreciation and humble gratitude with our service and expertise.

A customer came to our shop with his Apple Watch Series 5 40mm that has been cracked severely. She was devastated with her screen and although it was still functional, she just could not bare looking at it anymore. We suggested her to replace the screen at an authorized Apple center but she refused because it was too expensive. We need to order her screen because we did not have the screen ready in shop. She left her Apple watch with us and we completed the screen replacement as soon as possible. After completing the screen replacement, we contacted her through WhatsApp and called her just in case she did not notice the message through WhatsApp. She was so happy to see her Apple Watch back to it’s glory state. She thanked us for a quick service and provided her the screen replacement service at an affordable price. We could not thank her enough for trusting us with her Apple Watch screen replacement. The front glass in your Apple Watch are made of ion glass but it is not indestructible. Whether it is due to clumsiness or anything else , cracks and scratches happen. When they do, it is time to replace the screen. If you are one of the unfortunate soul with a broken Apple Watch, you can simply replace the screen by coming to us.
How we replace the screen ?
- Turn off the Apple Watch
- Remove the band
- Put some heat onto the Apple Watch
- Use a curved blade to pop out the screen gently
- Pop out the screen anti clockwise using the curved blade
- Use a pluck to completely pop out the screen
- Unplug the battery connector (to make sure the Apple Watch is completed turned of while replacing the screen)
- Unplug the screen connector and remove the screen
- Replace the screen with a new screen
That’s all needed to be done to replace an Apple Watch screen. It takes precision to pop out the screen to make sure we do not damage any cable inside. The screen is different for every model and we need to order the screen before replacing the screen.

Ms Zulainiah came to our shop with her Apple Watch Series 4 that has a cracked screen. At first, she tried referring to an authorized Apple Center to replace her Apple Watch’s screen. The price was unreasonable and was not affordable. She googled for shops that can repair her Apple Watch’s screen. She found us through the google result and contacted us through Whatsapp.

Our price is less than 50% of the price offered at apple center. She decided to order the part from us and we promised to deliver her Apple Watch within next day.
