    Mr Liam came to our shop with his iPhone 11 Pro Max that cannot be turned on. He told us that the problem happened since he dropped his device in a pool. Finally, we finalized our testing to make sure there was no problem with the device before handing it back to him. The process was completed within two days and he came on the next day to collect his device.

Chemical Wash is a process of cleaning the water residue inside the phone. We told him that the process of Chemical Wash would take 4 – 5 hours and our customer agreed with it.
