Touch Problem iPhone 6 at iPro Ampang
Mr Jafar came into our shop with the problem of his iPhone 6 that could not touch. Our technician inspected his iPhone 6 and managed to found out that the screen were unable to detect any input from the touch gesture. We told Mr Jafar to change the LCD screen of his iPhone 6. He agreed to it and we only took 15 to 30 minutes of replacement process. After the replacement process, our technician make sure that the LCD functions so that there are no problems that would occur in the future. We make sure everything works fine before give him his iPhone 6 back. Everything went well as expected and Mr Jafar were glad and happy that he were able to use his iPhone 6 again. Ms Siraj Ali came to our shop with her iPhone 6 that has a problem with it’s screen. The problem was the screen is unable to detect any input from user sometimes and the screen goes haywire sometimes. As time passes by, the screen is just getting worse. This problem sometimes doesn’t allow her to pick a call and sometimes call a random person. She decided to replace the screen with a new screen at our shop because she just cannot stand it anymore. Our technician inspected her iPhone and found out that it was not the screen problem. The problem was related with her iPhone’s motherboard. The touch IC was malfunctioning hence giving her the problems that she always have. We told her that any repairs regarding motherboard needs 1-3 days to be completed. She agreed to it. We called her the next day to come and pick up her iPhone. She was really glad to use her iPhone back normally. Luckily the problem was only related to the motherboard, so she did not have to replace her screen. She also joins our lucky draw contest and stand a chance to win the grand prize of Apple Watch Series 3.

iPhone 6 Screen Cannot Touch Repair At iPro Ampang
Mr Faiz came to our shop with his iPhone 6 that has a problem. The problem was the screen wasn’t able to detect any input from the user. Screen are made of two parts, touch panel and LCD. We tried to re-plugging the touch panel connector to the motherboard. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. Our technician inspected his iPhone to find out the source of his screen’s problem. We found out that the touch panel was damaged and not functioning. The touch panel cannot be replaced separately without the LCD. We suggested to him to replace the screen and he agreed to it. The screen replacement took around 15 minutes and everything was working perfectly fine. He was really glad to see his iPhone’s screen functioning again. He also joined our lucky draw contest and stand a chance to win an Apple Watch Series 3.
