iPhone 6 Battery Swollen Repair At iPro Ampang

Starting from iPhone 6, the plus models have a bigger battery capacity compared to the not plus variant. iPhone 6 has an 1810 mAh battery while iPhone 6 Plus has 2915 mAh battery capacity. This is a big upgrade for the battery. A battery with a bigger capacity can hold a lot more charges and allow the user to use the iPhone longer. In contrary, a bigger capacity battery has a higher chance to be swollen because it holds more charges.

Mr Aliff came to our shop with his iPhone 6 Plus. He told us that his battery starts to be swollen from past week. He googled a shop to repair in Ampang and he found our shop because we were the first result. Our technician inspected the iPhone and found out the battery was badly swollen and needed to be replace. Our tehcnician checks if there is any damages done by the swollen battery. Luckily it did not do any damages to the iPhone. He was really happy because we were able to replace the battery within 10 minutes.
