Our customer came to our shop to replace the battery of iPhone 7. Our technician checked the Battery Health and found out it shows 74% which means the battery was already weak. Our technician told the customer that it will take 15 – 30 minutes to replaced the battery. The customer agreed to replaced the battery and our technician did some final tests before gave it back to the customer, Our customer was very glad that the phone can be used again and thanked us for the service we provided for them.
