MS TING ; HER IPHONE 7 KEEPS ON RESTARTING AND ITS ANNOYING MUCHHH???!?!?!
Hello everyone! For today’s repairing post I would like to share with you one of the common problem of any smartphones you’re using. Ms Ting is an iPhone 7 user, claimed that her iPhone kept turning on and off by itself. She was served by one of our technicians named Arif.

After greeted by our technician she sat right in front of Arif before she began to share her thoughts of the phone. It was obnoxious for her to have her phone acted this way as it didn’t show proper reading and shut down whenever it wanted. After she handed the iPhone to Arif, she told Arif that she was leaving her phone for diagnose as she had errands to run. After Ms Ting left, without further ado Arif checked the reading of the iPhone to make sure it was normal.
From the charging that was done, it showed half of the reading than it was supposed to be, Arif thought that it could be the battery that was causing this problem. Arif then plugged in the iPhone to the computer for further inspection of the battery. From the software on the computer it showed that the battery of the iPhone had no data. This meant that the battery inside the phone was faulty as it was supposed to be displaying the capacity of the battery.
After confirming that the battery was the cause of the sudden turning off, Arif did a testing using a new battery and it worked just fine! With the new battery still connected the phone, Arif did a two hour testing which was playing videos for two hours straight and no auto-restarting happened. Arif called Ms Ting to update her about her phone and told her that it was only a battery issue that required a replacement.
Ms Ting agreed to replace the battery and told Arif that she would come and collect the phone the next day. Ms Ting came the next day and thanked Arif for the service! She was given a 6-month period of warranty, if she faced any problem related to the battery. Thank you for supporting us for getting service at IPRO Ampang.
