Our technician took for an inspection and managed to changed the battery within 15 to 30 minutes only. After the replacement, the phone was checked to ensure that the battery was in good condition. SERVIS PEMBAIKAN DI IPRO AMPANG
Encik Kuan datang ke IPRO Ampang dengan masalah skrin telefon iPhone 6 Plus beliau tidak menunjukkan tidak balas kepada sentuhan. Beliau berurusan dengan salah seorang juruteknik IPRO Ampang yang bernama Arif. Perkara ini berlaku selepas telefon beliau jatuh Encik Kuan berkongsikan kepada Arif tentang sentuhan skrin itu berlaku secara berperingkat, dimana pada awalnya, skrin itu kadang kala menekan aplikasi dengan sendirinya.
Encik Kuan memberitahu lagi tentang kerisauan yang beliau alami apabila bahawa beliau pernah tertinggal telefon itu seharian di dalam keretanya dan apabila dia kembali untuk mengambil telefon itu, terdapat notis pemberitahuan yang terpapar pada skrin itu bahawa suhu telefon beliau berada pada tahap yang terlalu panas dan En Kuan harus menunggu untuk seketika sebelum beliau boleh menggunakan telefon itu semula.
Arif kemudian menyemak bacaan pengecasan terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan ianya berada pada tahap pengecasan yang normal. Perkara pertama yang dilakukan oleh juruteknik kami adalah membuat pengujian menggunakan LCD yang baru untuk memastikan masalah itu dapat diselesaikan. Pengujian LCD yang baharu itu dibuat selama 1-2 jam untuk memastikan bahawa ini hanyalah disebabkan oleh LCD dan bukanlah kerosakan yang berpunca daripada motherboard.
Terdapat satu cip pada motherboard yang mengawal fungsi sentuhan iaitu Touch IC. Selepas pengujian dilakukan, juruteknik kami berpuas hati dan pasti bahawa ini hanyalah kerosakan pada LCD sahaja. Apabila harga penukaran LCD dibincangkan oleh kedua-dua pihak, juruteknik kami membuat penukaran LCD yang mengambil masa 30-45 minit sahaja. Juruteknik kami juga membuat pengujian sekali lagi untuk memastikan peranti lain seperti Ear Speaker, kamera hadapan dan sensor, yang dipindahkan daripada LCD yang lama berfungsi seperti sedia kala.
Juruteknik kami juga memasangkan tempered glass secara percuma kepada Encik Kuan. Selepas juruteknik kami menyerahkan telefon itu ke tangan En Kuan, En Kuan membuat penelitian terlebih dahulu sebelum membuat pembayaran.

So, I would like to tell you about one of our customers that came to IPRO Ampang for our repair service.
SERVICE AT IPRO AMPANG
Ms Amy came to IPRO Ampang with an iPhone 6S Plus. She was served by one of our technicians named Arif. She sat and faced Arif as she began to share her phone problems. Arif was told that her iPhone battery ran dry as quick as a wink. Arif then asked her if she had changed her iPhone battery before. She was not even sure herself as she said she bought it secondhand, but she never did any replacement since she used it.
Arif recommended the Yoobao battery for her iPhone 6S Plus for a much longer usage or just stick to the Original battery with an original battery capacity of 2750 mAh. After exchanging thoughts and words from both of them, she then decided to go with the Original with normal capacity. The replacement only took about 15 minutes. During the replacement took place she asked about how to sustain the battery life and what should be avoided to maintain the performance of the battery.
Arif told her that it was best to charge her iPhone when a notification came up showing its 20% or 10% left to use and try not to let her phone died. She was also told to use Original products for the adapter charger and the charging cable as well. Furthermore, she was told that it is not recommended to do use Powerbank with a 2.1 output which is specifically for fast-charging, this is because iPhone didn’t really support fast-charging except for iPhone X and latter models.
After Arif did the battery replacement, she was satisfied with it as she was also given a 6-month warranty, just in case if she faced any problem regarding to battery. She was also told that the warranty will be voided if it was swollen, as a swollen battery usually caused by either faulty battery or the worst is because of the motherboard. After handed Ms Amy’s iPhone, she then looked through the phone accessories displayed on the rack on the walls, she picked one of the Lightning cable for her iPhone.
She chose the McDodo cable that is an auto-disconnect cable that will discharge the current flowing in when it is fully charged. It is brilliant how Apple made this tiny, cute part of an iPhone, the rear camera, installed with the latest and advanced engineering technology. But even with an advanced technology it is still possible for things to go wrong when it is not handled with care.The picture shown below is one of our customers who came with a shaky rear camera, and he’s using an iPhone 6S Plus. He told us that this happened a few days ago when he wanted to take pictures and shoot videos on his iPhone, where it suddenly becomes blurry and shaking uncontrollably. He further explained to our technician that the options or modes for the camera, such as Photo, Square and Video, all are opted out and shaky, except for Slo-mo and Time-Lapse. He also pointed out that even on apps that provide camera taking feature such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat is also affected.
THE CAUSES AND SIGNS YOU’RE HAVING THIS PROBLEM
It’s bizarre of how this could happen to iPhone users as camera is one of the specialty on an iPhone. You can also hear a flickering sound coming from the rear camera. So we would have thought what could be the exact reason for this to happen. If you recently dropped your iPhone, this is probably one of the major cause of this problem. One amazing fact of the iPhone camera that it is made up from the thinnest wires with a size of half of a human hair, which allow the camera to do the auto-focus when shots are taken. The reason for this shaky and shaky and blurry camera is because of the Optical Image Stabilization, or OIS for short. For your information, Slo-mo and Time-lapse mode do not use OIS so that is why these modes seem to be working just fine.

This is more to a software issue than hardware. Some of the out-to-date or BETA version of updates have bugs and issues related to the camera which can lead to a blank camera. This could be if your iPhone does not have the latest version of iOS.
