Ms. Sarah comes to our shop with her shattered iPad Air. She looks devastated as the iPad was recently shattered on the same day. Howdy to our beloved readers. I am going to share a story regarding iPad 5 that has a cracked screen. Although the screen was usable but the crack was quite bad. We are located in Ampang for more than two years serving customers. Additionally, we provide solution for your problems with original and OEM replacement parts. The screen was severely cracked although it is still usable

Mr Kamil came to our shop with his iPad 5 that has a cracked screen. Although the screen was usable but the crack was quite bad. Cracked screen has the potential to injure your fingers and damage the device. Liquid can easily enter the device through the screen crack. iPad screen has two components which is digitizer and touch panel. Both of these components work together seamlessly to be used as a screen. Lets get into fixing the device and making this problem go away.
Firstly, we dissembled the device by applying heat on the edge of the screen. After that, we removed the screen and unplug the power source connector. Next, we replaced the touch panel that was cracked with a new one. The new touch panel was working fine and we reassembled the device. We applied glue underneath the edge of the screen and left it to dry. Lastly, we tested the screen for the last time and returned it back to him. In short, we were able to fix the device within 30 minutes and he was happy with our service.

Mr. Haris came to our shop with his iPad Pro that has cracked screen. The screen was badly damaged due to the crack, faulty display and dead pixel. This iPad is using a single LCD display which is different compared to previous iPads. We provide a one month warranty for the screen including the workmanship. Firstly, we dissemble the device by heating the area on the edge of the screen. Next, we removed and replaced the touch panel. Then, we applied some glue on the edge of the screen and left it to dry. After the glue had dried off, we tested the screen functionality and it was working fine. Lastly, we returned the device back to him and he was glad to see his iPad again.

Ms. Aishah came to our shop with her iPad 7 that has a cracked screen. The screen was cracked around the front camera and the front camera was unusable. Firstly, we inspected the device’s components and everything was working normally. Second, we dissemble the device and removed the screen. Next we replaced the screen and reassemble the device. We use glue under the screen to keep the screen and the frame intact. Furthermore, we left the device under UV ray machine to let it fry. Lastly, we returned the device back to her.

A customer came to our shop with his iPad 3 that has a cracked screen. Some part of the screen is chipped of and this allows for any debris to get inside the iPad. It might get worst if water got into the iPad and damage the internal parts. He wanted to replace the screen including the LCD. We told him that if the display and touch is working fine, there is no need to replace the LED panel. He was glad to hear it and asked us to replace the touch panel only. Before replacing the touch panel, our technician inspected the touch and display. Everything was working fine and we proceeded to replace the touch panel. The touch panel replacement took our technician around 2 hours and he was glad to see the screen is fixed.
