    Ms. Sarah comes to our shop with her shattered iPad Air. She looks devastated as the iPad was recently shattered on the same day. Other times, however, this problem isn’t so easy to solve.

    Ms. Linda come to our shop with iPad 6 that cannot be turn on. The problem is uncertain, but the battery was definitely bloated. Sadly, the screen is pushed upwards due to the battery bloating issue. Moving on, the source of the problem is the battery as confirmed by out technician. We explained the problem to him and he decided to replace the screen together. Next, we strip the device apart and replaced the battery first. The battery is a simple fix and took a short time to replace. Later, we replaced the screen and reassemble the device. The device is tested before returning it back to her.

    A customer came to our shop with his iPad 3 that has a cracked screen. Some part of the screen is chipped of and this allows for any debris to get inside the iPad. It might get worst if water got into the iPad and damage the internal parts. He wanted to replace the screen including the LCD. We told him that if the display and touch is working fine, there is no need to replace the LED panel. He was glad to hear it and asked us to replace the touch panel only. Before replacing the touch panel, our technician inspected the touch and display. Everything was working fine and we proceeded to replace the touch panel. The touch panel replacement took our technician around 2 hours and he was glad to see the screen is fixed.

If the display and touch is still working, it is only necessary to replace the touch panel. As we had the touch panel in stock, we proceeded to replace the touch panel. The touch panel replacement took our technician around 2 hours to complete the process. Repairing any part of an iPad takes longer time because the screen need to be glued back to the body and wait for it to dry. After checking the iPad thoroughly, we handed over the iPad back to the custoemer. She was glad to see the screen is not cracked anymore and thanked us endlessly.
